I heard this song hears ago when I was about 20, remember it clearly sitting in my mate James's house having a drink before heading to the Limelight. The deep vocal and haunting piano struck a chord with me. This is my version of the song.
Obviously a love song, about offering protection to his love, to protect her at all costs. Beautiful words but something at which i failed in marriage and relationships Through My Arms more like.... but still we reach out to attain that a perfect love in a world of imperfection... enjoy listening folks!
